You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and may not use it for illegal or harmful purposes, or to infringe others' rights.

4. Credits and payments

Pay-as-you-go and subscription plans are charged as described on our Pricing page. Subscription renewals may be cancelled before the next billing date.

5. Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. To request a refund, contact us at the email provided on our website. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the service, you grant us the rights necessary to process and generate videos. Output videos are yours to use subject to these terms and our Acceptable Use policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
